Construction BIM Services

Bimrely Build information-rich MEP BIM models of different MEP systems- mechanical,electrical, and plumbing BIM models are developed as per the design intent and as needed for each design phase – schematic design, design document, and construction document. We can incorporate the information/data from the Architectural, Structural, and MEP design drawings using Autodesk’s AEC Collection Package.
Bimrely develops the MEP BIM Models in various Revit versions as required, DWG, and IFC format (as required). We provide the services as well like MEP Coordination, Clash Detection, generate quantity take-offs and Report Generation, Build 4D BIM Models as per the requirement in any LOD in BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Bim Coordination and Clash Detection

Bimrely deliver clash-free coordinated BIM models by eliminating clashes and report generation services for each individual BIM model with information about types of clashes and total no of clashes, and the information of each clash location among different disciplines- Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, and other building management systems.

4D BIM

Bimrely Incorporates start and finish date data for the supply and installation of construction components and reveals the importance of them in relation to the overall project. Create project’s milestones, activities, and stakeholders to collaborate and clear understanding of deliverable.

5D BIM

Bimrely Provide real-time and accurate extraction of BOM and BOQ data from fully developed parametric building components or for bidding / procurement / construction planning

LOD 400 Models

We Develop LOD 400 BIM models for fabrication and installation/ assembly details. LOD 400 BIM Model will be efficient of producing automated shop drawings and fabrication drawings. It incorporates peculiar graphics, shape, location and orientation, quantities, size, interfaces to other systems, and fabrication, assembly and installation details as per the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Shop Drawings

We produce Shop drawing on LOD 400 or as required content within Revit models in accordance with the project standard and with accurate dimensions, sleeves, penetration, and hanger locations from the BIM model. We provide services to the general contractors and sub-contractor fabrication and installation process, building product manufacturers, and suppliers.

As-Built Drawings

Also known as record drawings and red- line drawings, as-builts drawings are documents that allow a assimilate and difference between the designed versus final specifications, and deliver a detailed blueprint of the building and the land around it as actually constructed in the end give more exact as- built documentations for maintenance and future renovations.
The final as- built drawings involve any and all of the following, as well as every other alteration made during the construction phase of a project.
• Modifications • Field changes • Shop drawing changes • Design changes • Extra works

Overall, as-built are significant for four main reasons:
Improves onboarding:

as subcontractors are adjoined to a project, delivering a set of as-built helps professionals get access to the accurate data quickly, which allows getting up to speed starting work sooner.

Assists the facilities professional:

with a full record of change, facility teams can catch issues rapidly and owners can save money down the road due to refined operations and speed.

Streamlines permitting process:

frequently, government agencies ask sets of as-built in order to issue building permits.

Improves the renovation process:

with a full history of project revisions, owners can see precisely what has been built and don’t have to invest heavily in mastering about existing conditions.
