Bimrely Build information-rich MEP BIM models of different MEP systems- mechanical,electrical, and plumbing BIM models are developed as per the design intent and as needed for each design phase – schematic design, design document, and construction document. We can incorporate the information/data from the Architectural, Structural, and MEP design drawings using Autodesk’s AEC Collection Package.
Bimrely develops the MEP BIM Models in various Revit versions as required, DWG, and IFC format (as required). We provide the services as well like MEP Coordination, Clash Detection, generate quantity take-offs and Report Generation, Build 4D BIM Models as per the requirement in any LOD in BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Mechanical Systems

Model mechanical systems, such as HVAC duct system using tools to place air terminals and mechanical equipment in a project. Use automatic system creation tools to create duct routing layouts

Electrical Systems

Model electrical systems to place lighting fixtures, cable trays, and electrical equipment in a project with required LOD and annotation. Coordinate electrical models with other disciplines/trades if required.

Plumbing Systems

Model plumbing systems by placing plumbing components and assigning them to a supply or return system. Leverage layout tools to determine the best routing for the plumbing that connects the system components.

Fabrication & Shop-Drawings

Build LOD 400 or as required content within Revit MEP models in accordance with the project standard and with accurate dimensions, sleeves, penetration, and hanger locations from the BIM model. We provide services to the fabrication and installation process, contractors, building product manufacturers, and suppliers.

4D & 5D BIM

Provide a data-rich MEP 3D model for scheduling, cost estimation, quantity-takeoff, BOM.
